- 2 oz Jung & Wulff Trinidad Rum
- .25 oz demerara simple syrup
- .25 oz orgeat syrup
- 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- 5 drops Bittermens Tiki Bitters
- .25 oz Dimmi Liqueur
- Lemon twist
- Pineapple leaf
In a mixing glass, add the Jung & Wulff rum, syrups, and bitters, then add ice and stir. In a chilled old-fashioned or rocks glass, add the Dimmi Liqueur and coat the glass, then discard the excess. Strain the drink into the newly coated glass, then use a lemon twist to express the oils over the surface of the drink, then discard the lemon twist. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
