Ingredients

  • 2 oz Henry Ramos Gin
  • 1 fresh egg white
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • .5 oz heavy cream
  • 3 dashes orange flower water
  • 2 oz soda water

Preparation

In a shaker, crack an egg and carefully only put in the egg white, discarding the rest of the egg. Add lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, cream, orange blossom water and Henry Ramos Gin. Finally, add ice, and prepare to shake. Shake vigorously for at least two minutes. In a clean short Collins glass, pour the mixture using a Hawthorne strainer until the glass is three-fourths full. Use fresh cold soda water to top up the drink until it foams just above the rim of the glass.
