- 1 oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo
- 4 oz chilled Prosecco
- .5 oz chilled soda water
- Lime twist

In a large wine glass, add ice, then slowly pour in Prosecco. Add Peychaud’s Aperitivo, and soda water, then give the drink a gentle stir. Garnish with a lime twist.
