Ingredients

  • 2 oz Jung & Wulff Barbados
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz lime cordial
  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • Speared lime wheel and candied ginger

Preparation

To an empty shaker tin, add lemon juice, cordial and then rum. Add cubed ice, then cap shaker. Vigorously shake for 5-8 seconds. Add pebble ice to a Collins glass. Use a Hawthorne strainer to pour contents into glass. Top up the cocktail with ginger beer. Stir gently and place garnish over rim. Serve.
