• 2 oz Eagle Rare Bourbon
• .25 simple syrup
• 10 drops Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
• Orange twist

In an old-fashioned or rocks glass, add the Eagle Rare Bourbon, simple syrup and bitters, then add ice and stir to mix well.  Garnish with an orange twist.
